Booking & Payment

Scheduling

Clients must book studio time in advance. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. 1.2 Payment Terms
A [10%] deposit is required to secure a booking.
Full payment is due 1 days prior to the reserved date.
Accepted payment methods: [e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer].
1.3 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 1 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days may incur a [10%] cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
2. Studio Use
2.1 Access & Conduct
Clients must adhere to scheduled times.
No smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous equipment is allowed.
The client is responsible for the conduct of their crew and guests.
2.2 Equipment Use
Equipment provided must be used responsibly.
Damage to any property or equipment will be assessed and billed to the client.
Unauthorised modifications or adjustments to studio equipment are prohibited.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
3.1 Client-Owned Content
Clients retain all rights to the content they produce using our Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Studio-Owned Content
Any materials provided by the Studio (graphics, music, B-roll) remain our property unless licensed otherwise.
3.3 Usage Rights.
The Studio reserves the right to request credit or usage of content produced in our space for promotional purposes, subject to mutual agreement.
4. Liability & Insurance.
Clients assume full liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using the Services.
We recommend clients obtain production insurance for their sessions.
The Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Termination.
The Studio reserves the right to terminate any booking or deny access if the client violates these Terms, behaves inappropriately, or poses a safety risk.
6. Privacy.
Client data is collected solely for operational and booking purposes and will not be sold or shared without consent. Refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more information.
7. Governing Law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
